He is now responsible for the overall business in Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. He has 30 years of experience with manufacturing IT training, consulting and research. He got his PH.D degree of mechanical engineering in 1997 at HUST. He got senior management certificate from RPI (Renssellaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY) in 2001.
