Tian Wei, Doctor of Engineering, Professor at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Doctoral Supervisor. He currently serves as the Director of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Office at NUAA. He is a specially appointed professor of the Ministry of Education's CJ Scholars Program and a key talent in national defense major engineering projects, as well as the chief scientist for key projects under the 173 Plan. He concurrently serves as the deputy director of the National Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing Systems for Complex Products. With a long-term focus on research in aerospace robot intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment, he has successively undertaken over 30 national projects, including key projects of the 173 Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation (Key Projects), the National Key Research and Development Program, the National 04 Major Special Project, and national defense basic scientific research projects. His research achievements have won four first prizes in national defense technological progress and Jiangsu Province science and technology awards. He has published three monographs/textbooks and holds more than 50 authorized invention patents.

Liu Aifang, male, born in 1974, from Wuxiang County, Shanxi Province. Doctor of Engineering, Chief Radar Designer, Deputy Chief Satellite Designer. He graduated with a doctoral degree in communication and information systems from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2004. He is the chief expert and researcher at the 14th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. Moreover, he is expert in a thematic expert group of the Central Military Commission Science and Technology Commission, expert in the artificial intelligence equipment application expert group, and a cultivation candidate for Jiangsu Province's '333 High-Level Talent Cultivation Project.' He currently serve as deputy director of the Space Information and Communication Professional Committee of the China Command and Control Society, adjunct professor at Central South University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Has been engaged in innovative research on space-based microwave remote sensing and radar system technologies for a long time, leading more than 20 national-level scientific research projects, and promoting the establishment of China's space-based microwave mapping observation system. He also developed SAR systems for over 10 commercial satellites, including 'Gaojing-2' and 'Taijing-4,' making siginificant contributions to the industrial development of China's commercial aerospace microwave remote sensing. He won more than ten scientific and technological awards, including first prize in National Defense Science and Technology Invention Award, first prize in China Surveying and Mapping Society Science and Technology Award, first prize in China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Technology Invention Award, Patent Gold Award, and China Aerospace Foundation Aerospace Contribution Award. He published more than 100 academic papers and authorized more than 100 invention patents.

Huang Zheng, Senior Engineer, Level 5 Expert at Jiangsu Fangtian Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., industry master's supervisor. He pioneered a series of products such as drone mobile intelligent operation equipment, which have been comprehensively promoted and applied in Jiangsu power grid, increasing inspection efficiency by 6 times. He has published 13 SCI/EI journal papers and 24 papers in Chinese core journals, obtained 68 invention patents, and won 6 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards, including the China Patent Award (first completion person) and the Second Prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award (third completion person).

Bai Jiuyang, PhD, Senior Engineer, currently serves as the director of the additive manufacturing center at Nanjing ChenGuang Group. He has wokred in the industry for 8 years and has over 30 patents (accepted/authorized).

Currently serves as the Chief Engineer of Testing Equipment at Suzhou Dongling Vibration Test Instruments Co., Ltd. His main research areas include mechanical environment testing technology and aircraft structural design. He previously worked as a research associate at Cardiff University in the UK and pursued a joint doctoral program between Dongling Company and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Has published more than 10 high-level papers both domestically and internationally, and obtained 15 authorized patents. He joined Dongling Company in September 2021 and subsequently developed new products such as accelerated test benches and dual-wave impact testers, which filled domestic gaps. The technology commercialization results have generated over 100 million yuan in additional revenue for the company. He has successively been awarded the titles of "Double Innovation Doctor" in Jiangsu Province, Leading Talent in Innovation in Suzhou High-Tech Zone, Young Talent Supported by Suzhou Municipal Association for Science and Technology, First Prize of Civil Aviation Science and Technology Award, and Outstanding Engineer of Jiangsu Vibration Engineering Society.
