He is the member of National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee, deputy Secretary General of ICIM, vice director of CAAI Professional Committee of Intelligent Manufacturing, vice president of Hubei Artificial Intelligence Society and vice president of Hubei Mechanical Engineering Society.

Prof. Ganiyusufoglu is member of German National Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech), advisory professor of Tongji University, Honorary Professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Yantai University and Zhejiang University for Science and Technology.
In 2018, he got Friendship Award, the highest Award of Chinese Government for a foreigner. He also received awards of Dalian City, Shenyang City and Liaoning Province.
Born 1954 in Istanbul/ Türkiye, he is German Citizen, since 2006 resident in China. 1979, he graduated from Technical University Berlin. 1984, he got the Doctor Degree from IWF - Institute for Machine Tools and Manufacturing at Technology of TU Berlin.
He worked as department manager for systems technology of Traub AG (Germany), as Managing Director at Yamazaki Mazak Germany (Japanese family-owned machine tool manufacturer) and General Manager of Index Dalian Machine Tool Ltd (Joint venture between Index-Werke Germany and Dalian Machine Tool Group, Resident in Dalian).
2017 to 2019, he was elected as Chairman of Corporate Members Advisory Group CMAG within CIRP – International Academy for Production Engineering.
2011 to 2020, he was the Consultant to Chairman of Shenyang Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd (Resident in Shenyang). Since 2021, he is Industrial Development Consultant of Qingdao International Academician Park (QIAP)

Dr. Zhe Lv is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, a national high-level talent, and a Suzhou Gusu Leading Talent. Dr. Lv earned his Bachelor's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, his Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore, and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Toronto. He has long been dedicated to R&D in machine vision and robotics, having led over 10 national-level research projects. He has pioneered key technologies such as high-precision 3D visual imaging and robot spatial calibration, developing the internationally advanced robotic 3D visual flexible in-line measurement system. This technology boosts inspection efficiency by 60 times with, addressing critical industry challenges like slow speed and high missed-detection rates in traditional methods. Adopted globally by major automotive OEMs and parts suppliers, it has set a new standard for automated quality control workstations.

She joined the company in 2003 and is an important builder and witness in the development of the company. She has successively served as the director of the company's office,Administrative Director and the Chairman of the labor union, and the Executive Dean of Guansheng School. She is currently the company's Employee Director, ,Administrative Director and the chairman of the labor union, and the executive dean of Guansheng School. At the same time, as a member of the CPPCC Ouhai District of Wenzhou City, she actively offered advice and suggestions for social and regional economic development, demonstrating her social responsibility and commitment.

Mr Yi joined Phoenix Contact in 2006 and has been continuously promoting the integration of industry and education. His work includes co-establishing automation and intelligent manufacturing laboratories, collaborating on textbook compilation, organizing undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, advancing industry-university-research cooperation, facilitating internships and international exchanges. In 2019, he organized the WIMC Industry-Education Integration Sub-forum. His multiple projects have won awards such as the Pilot Demonstration Project of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation by the MIIT, the Double Hundred Program of the China Association of Higher Education, and the Teaching Achievement Award of Jiangsu Province. The company was recognized as a Jiangsu Province Industry-Education Integration Enterprise.

Professor Wang Chunfeng is a distinguished leader in intelligent manufacturing education. He has been appointed to lead the "Powering the Nation" Special Action Team, a national program for "Dual-Leader" Faculty Party Branch Secretaries. His exceptional contributions have been recognized with numerous prestigious honors, including National Excellent Teacher, National Technical Expert, Jiangsu Craftsman, Jiangsu May 1st Innovation Medalist, and recipient of the Jiangsu May 1st Labor Medal. He is also a Jiangsu Province Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions.
Professor Wang directs a National-Level Skill Master Studio and oversees key initiatives, including the Jiangsu Skills Inheritance Platform and the Jiangsu Vocational Education Modern Industry College. He is the principal investigator of the Ministry of Education's On-Site Engineer Specialized Training Program and has authored a textbook recognized as a national "14th Five-Year Plan" publication.
Furthermore, he served as the Chair of the Expert Panel for the Industrial Robot Operator event at both the 2nd and 3rd National Vocational Skills Competitions.
