Forum 3-1 Smart IC, Smarter Industry

Forum Objective

Along with Made in China 2025, more and more traditional manufacturing industries turn into smart manufacturing and smart factories, with most of the production being controlled by PCs and AI. the growth of the industries of 5G, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, and AI, has brought strong support to the IC industry.

The forum will invite experts from top universities, RTOs, leading enterprises and other related institutions around the world to participate and share the experiences. IC packaging, testing and other related technologies and outcomes will be showed and discussed, which aims to improve the development and industrialization capabilities of key technology and equipment, and the intelligence and independent controllability of the chip manufacturing in Jiangsu, even the whole China.

About WIMC Sub-Forums

The World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference (WIMC) has been successfully held in Nanjing for five sessions. Adhering to the concepts of holding the conference with collaboration, opening and innovation, WIMC gained substantial achievements in terms of professional exchange, technology demonstration, economic & trade cooperation, consensus building, etc., and was extensively participated and highly recognized by all sectors of society.
