Currently, the industry is facing numerous problems such as talent shortages, an unreasonable talent structure, and a disconnect between talent cultivation and industrial demands, which seriously restricts the further development of the industry.

The "Special Session on Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Talent" aims to build a platform that brings together government officials, industry experts, business leaders and educational scholars to jointly discuss important topics such as models, strategies and international experience reference for talent cultivation in the intelligent manufacturing industry. About WIMC Sub-Forums

The World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference (WIMC) has been successfully held in Nanjing for nine sessions.
